The Position: We are looking for showroom support. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in supporting the showroom team to enhance the brand image by maintaining the high visual merchandising standard. You will work closely with our showroom team to achieve its sales goals and objectives, such as communicating to internal and external customers providing customer service to ensure the satisfactory of them.

The Location: Indigo Living branches are based in Ap Lei Chau, Repulse Bay, Cyberport, Central, Mid-levels, Shatin and Yuen Long.


Key responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals in order to represent the company in frontline

  • Friendly, approachable, outgoing personality and Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Working closely with showroom team to achieve its sales goals and objectives as well as high level of customer service

  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times as well as high level of visual merchandising standard by keeping all work areas inclusive store display neat and tidy

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and familiar with MS office

  • Previous experience as a sales or store assistant or similar role is an additional advantage, as well as knowledge of selling and store operation.

Key Performance indicators

  • Supporting the showroom team to achieve monthly/ annual sales targets

  • Fulfill internal / external customer requirement

  • Satisfaction Customer Services

  • Minimize cost and maximize sales

Requirements 工作需求

Core competencies

- F.5 or above

- 1 year working in a retail service or customer services environment is preferable

- Able to work effectively under pressure

- Able to read and speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin as a plus

- Must be punctual, polite, honest and strong sense of responsibility

- Wiling to work on weekends and public holidays
