We are looking for high calibre professionals to join our Scientific Solutions Division in our Hong Kong Corporate Office.
As a Shipping Clerk, your responsibilities include:
Handling full set of shipment documents independently with good knowledge of shipping procedures.
Handling import & export documents, customs declaration, ordering entry and processing, invoicing, etc.
Coordinating all logistics activities effectively with internal parties, vendors, and forwarders.
Following-up shipment booking and monitor the delivery schedule closely.
Assisting in other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Individuals should possess:
A Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
A Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Trading / Manufacturing company, with solid knowledge in handling shipping documents and operations independently
Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in Tradelink and SAP (Preferred)
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Strong ability of multi-tasking and able to work under pressure with positive working attitude.
Good character: self-initiative, responsible, well-organized, good team player
Staff Benefits:
Monthly salary negotiable from HKD $13,000 - $15,000
Five-day work week with 15 days of annual leave
